After membership activation, classics and Ratna Pustak Bhandar publication are available to read online.

If for any particular reason you are unsatisfied with your membership, you can send us an email at shopratnaonline@gmail.com requesting for cancellation.

Cancellation request will be honored within a few business days.  Refund will be issued in your esewa/khalti digital wallet. The amount refunded will depend on the membership time used.

For example, if membership starts on January 15th and a cancellation request is sent on February 8th, we will refund back Rs. 467 (No. of days in a year – days of membership used) X 1.37 (Membership fee/No. of days in year)

We will send you an email when your membership expires. Days will not carry over from existing to the new membership.

We advise you to wait for the expiration email then only purchase the subscription again.
