Tales of The Turquoise A Pilgrimage in Dolpo – Corneille Jest

Tales of the Turquoise is put together from dayto-day notes of events taken during a twenty day pilgrimage of many of the major temples, shrines and sacred mountains of the Dolpo region of North-West Nepal. The author’s companion, Karma, a nomad from Western Tibet, revealed himself to be an excellent story teller with a sense of humour.
