Bhim Nath Baral, an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at Prithvi Narayan Campus, Tribhuvan University, Pokhara, Nepal, brings to this book a wealth of knowledge and experience garnered over a teaching career spanning two and a half decades. His dedication to the fields of International Relations, Diplomacy, and Regional Studies is evident in the insightful content that fills the pages of this publication.
Before this, he authored notable works such as ‘An Introduction to Diplomacy’ and ‘South Asia: An Overview’. Additionally, Baral has contributed significantly to academic discourse with a series of mini-researches and numerous research articles, alongside a plethora of general articles in various esteemed journals, newspapers, and magazines. As a permanent resident of Pokhara-22, Pumdi, Kaski, Nepal, author’s connection to the region is deeply rooted, reflected in the authenticity and richness of his writings.
