Yoginder Singh Verma was until recently Reader under the Colombo Plan at the Institute of Management, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He is presently on the faculty of Business Management, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He is also associated as a visiting faculty member with the Indira Gandhi National Open University, the Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration, and the Small Industries Service Institute, Department of Industries. Dr Verma has to his credit forty articles/papers published in national and international journals, such as Management International Review, Indian Management, Nirnaya, Management Dynamics, Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Lok Udyog, Integrated Management, Yojana, Cooperator, Indian Cooperative Review, and Nepalese Management Review. He has attended a number of conferences and seminars in India and abroad. Mukund Prasad Dahal is a lecturer at the Institute of Management, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Presently, he is associated with the teaching of post-graduate classes at Mohinder Morang Adarsh M. Campus, Biratnagar, Nepal. He has attended several seminars, conferences, and workshops.
