Selected Stories By Henry James – Henry James|Henry James (15 April 1843?28 February 1916) was an American-British writer and literary critic. James was a great votary of realism in literature, arguing that a story must contain a depiction of life that is recognizable to its readers. Often writing from the point of view of a character within the story, James explored issues of consciousness and perception in his works. He was particularly interested in the longer form of short fiction and this collection brings together three stories most representative of his achievement in this form, “Glasses’, ‘The Next Time’ and ?The Way It Came’.
