Processing Time
Any orders received after business days (Sunday to Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM, excluding holidays) will be processed the following day and delivery time will count from the day order is invoiced and not when received.
Shipping Policy
Domestic
For inside valley, delivery is completed next day to 2-3 days depending on the option you choose at checkout. For outside valley, delivery can take from 3-6 days.
For store pickup, our representative will contact the customer when the order is ready.
Customers outside valley may need to visit the nearest branch of the courier company to pickup their order.
International
Premium Delivery
It will take around 7-15 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep shipped from Nepal. You will receive a tracking code from Aramex for premium delivery.
Regular Delivery
You should expect delivery within 10-20 business days from the date of shipment confirmation. Regular delivery is not trackable and only a reference number will be provided.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Shop Ratna Online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Pricing Policy
The weight of the order, distance of the location and packaging costs determine shipping rate.
Return Policy
The customer is required to bring their order along with the invoice at our office to seek a return. Customers outside valley or Nepal will require parceling the product at their own expense.
Returns rejected if product is worn, damaged or used. Change of mind is also not approved.
Cancellation Policy
The customer is allowed to cancel their order any time prior to the order being dispatched.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund from the date of payment in situation of cancellation or return.
Refund processing time will depend on the payment platform used by the customer and may take 5-10 Business Days to reflect on your statement.
